Piano Lessons
Piano lessons are 30 minutes or 45 minutes, once a week.
Lessons commence Tuesday, September 6th, 2016 and follow the Surrey District School Board calendar.
All lessons are held at The Music Cottage. The Music Cottage is located in South Surrey, British Columbia.
Winter Recital
Winter Recital, Friday, December 9, 2016 at 7:00pm.

The Music Cottage hosts a candlelit winter recital for students and their family and friends. This recital is a time to gather, show-off our talents, eat goodies and enjoy each others company.
Year-End Recital
Year End Recital, Friday, June 16, 2017 at 7:00pm.

The Music Cottage hosts a year-end recital every June for students and their family and friends. This recital is an opportunity for students to experience a more formal recital, where they perform in front of an audience.
Group Lessons
Group Lesson, Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 1:00pm and 2:30pm
at The Music Cotage
The Music Cottage hosts a Spring group lesson. The group lesson is a time for students to work co-operatively with other students and Katy, to work on ear training, sight-reading, composition and history.
RCT Exams
The Music Cottage will support all students wishing to sit their RCT piano exams. The RCT registration deadlines are:
- Winter: Deadline November 2016 (Exams in January 2017) - dates to be confirmed
- April Deadline in January 2017 (Exams in April 2017) - dates to be confirmed
- Spring Deadline in March 2017 (Exams in June 2017) - dates to be confirmed

Music Festival
Students are encouraged to participate in the Annual Music Festival. The BC Registered Music Teachers South of the Fraser Music Festival is usually in February (sometimes March), but dates have not yet been posted.
