Cost
Piano lessons are:
- $28 per lesson (30 minutes, once per week); or
- $42 per lesson (45 mintues, once per week).
There is an annual administration fee of $30 (this contributes towards concert fees).
Lessons begin on September 6th, 2016 and follow the Surrey District School Board calendar.
Payment
To secure your date and time please complete the registration form and return to Katy with one $30 cheque for your annual administration fee.
At your first lesson, please return your registration package complete with 10 post-dated cheques for the months of September through to June (dated for the first of the month). Note, should you need to cancel your lessons then all unused cheques will be returned to you.

Missed lessons
Please note that there will be no refunds for missed lessons. With at least twenty-four hours notice of cancellation, I will try to reschedule lessons but only up to three during the year.
If you know before a term starts (i.e. In September, January or April) that you will be missing a lesson, then that can be accommodated.
In the event that I need to cancel a lesson, I will again try to reschedule with the student or refund that particular lesson.
Withdrawal
Two weeks' notice is required prior to termination of lessons; otherwise two weeks' fees will be charged before refunding the balance of the season.
It is a good idea for beginners to experience at least a 3 month period before deciding to withdraw.
